Our consultants are committed to providing confidential advice either via secure e-mail, through face to face meetings and telephone support providing regular feedback throughout the contracted period. Contact us initially by email, giving a brief outline of your particular needs. Through a discussion of your situation we will assess your needs and agree a plan of action. We will email an outline action plan together with a breakdown of specific charges.
A suggested timescale for implementation of the plan will also be agreed. A detailed report including any suggested strategies for improvement will be sent within one month of our consultation. (often sooner and for larger organisations requiring longer term consultancy we will negotiate regular reviews).
